"Showing printer is offline" is a different issue. We recommend you to please uninstall all the currently installed printer driver from the control panel and then turn off the printer and the computer for 1 minute. Do unplugged all the cables from the back of the HP 2135 printer. And unplugged the power cable of the printer from the wall outlet. After that, boot your computer and install this HP 2135 driver again. Make sure don't turn on the printer until this driver installer will ask you to connect the printer or turn it ON.

    • HP Deskjet 2130 is the printer series, only 2130 drivers will work on HP DeskJet 2135 printer. So don’t worry and install 2130 on 2135 printer.

  27. Comment:I have tried all my best to check a paper jam in my printer but no paper is seen. but cartridge carriage stalled message still comes in and printing job is not done. what can I do to fix the problem?

    • If you have checked the paper jam already, we’ll recommend you to please do the power drain to your printer once.
      To perform the power drain, Do unplug all the cables from the back of your printer (including power cable). Then press and hold the power button of your printer for 30 seconds and then release after that. Plug all the cables to the printer as it is. Power Drain process has done, now try to give a print command to the printer and let us know the result.

    • Please check the printer’s USB cable which is connected to the computer. It should be connected correctly. If it connected correctly, then try to switch the USB port where your printer’s USB port is connected to the computer. If doesn’t fix then please reply again with detailed explanation what is exactly happens when you do the print job.

    • Printer model number 2130 is the main series (parent printer) of the 2132, 2135, 2138 model numbers. All the given model numbers are using the same motherboard (card), eventually the same driver (2130 driver) will work with child-model-number printers. So, 2130 driver will work with 2135 printer.
