TVS Pro X900 Driver Download for Windows / Linux / Mac (Dotmatrix Printer)

TVS Pro x900 is a Dot-Matrix printer. It’s a very compact printer with high speed printing 6 inches per second to get fast print output. There are 3 connectivity options: USB port, parallel port and Bluetooth. To install this printer on a computer using these ports, you will have to install its latest version driver. You can download the driver from its official website or from the download section given below, I have given all the driver download links there.

In order to download the latest version driver, first know the operating system version of your computer and then click on the below given download link accordingly. This printer supports: Windows 11, 10, 8, 8.1, 7, Vista, XP (32bit / 64bit), Server 2000 to 2025, Linux, Ubuntu, Mac OS X 10.x, 11.x, 12.x, 13.x, 14.x and macOS 15 Sequoia, 26.x operating systems.

How to Install TVS Pro X 900 Printer Driver

After downloading the driver, you must know the right way to install this printer on your computer. I am going to explain how to install this pro x900 printer properly on a Windows based computer. Please follow the following steps.

Step 1: Right click on the downloaded driver file and click on exact two. Basically unzip the driver file. If you are planing to install this printer on Windows 11, 10, 8 computers, then don’t forget to disable the “driver signature enforcement” option if you are going to install it on Windows 10. Step 2: After extracting it will create a folder at the same location. Open up this folder.

Step 3: In this folder you will get a file “tvsepro.inf”. We will use this file later when we solve it manually so remember the location of this folder and close it for now.

Step 4: Let’s start installing the printer driver manually. Click on the Start button and then click on Settings.

Step 5: After that click on devices.

Step 6: Click on “Printer and Scanners” from the left side pane and then click on plus icon “Add a printer or scanner” from the right side pane.

Step 7: After that click on the link below “the printer that I want is not listed”.

Step 8: Choose the last option: “Add a local printer” and then click on next.

Step 9: Now it is asking to choose the port where your printer is connected right now. If you are connecting your printer through the USB cable then you will have to select USB001 or 002 port, otherwise if you are connecting your printer through the Parallel cable then you will have to select LPT 1 port. After selecting the port, please click on next.

Step 10: Now it is asking to choose the driver so please click on “have disk”.

Step 11: Click on browse and go to the location where we have extracted the drivers I have extracted the drivers on my desktop so I am going to my desktop.

Step 12: In the expected folder choose the INRP driver file “tvsepro.inf” And then click on open.

Step 13: Click on OK

Step 14: Here you need to choose the model number of the printer TVS x-900, and click on next.

Step 15: Click on Next.

Step 16: Click on install this driver software anyway. If you’re not getting this option in Windows 8, 10 and 11, It means the “driver signature enforcement option” is enabled on your computer (by default it is enabled). You will have to disable it first, then install the driver and after that you will get this option. Here is the guide how to disable the driver signature enforcement option.

Note: If you are installing the driver without disabling the “driver signature option” then you won’t get the install button and cannot install this driver on a computer you will have to disable the driver signature option first.

Step 17: It is now installing the driver so please wait.

Step 18: Choose the first option “Do not share this printer” and then click on next.

Step 19: As you can see the TVS Pro x900 printer has been successfully installed. So please click on finish to complete the solution process

Step 20: Go to the printers page and check whether the printer X900 is installed successfully or not. As you can see the printer listed means the printer has been successfully installed in my case.

Specifications:

As I have already stated, TVS Pro X900 is a single function Dot Matrix printer. It has 80 Columns print width. Print head uses 9 wires for precise printing. The life of the print-head is 200 million characters. The print speed of this printer is 6 inches per second – approx: 50 mm per second.

This printer can only be connected through the USB or parallel (LPT) port. The power consumption of this printer is very low, it takes only 5 watts while printing. The dimensions of this printer is very compact the printers width is 444 mm, the depth is 232mm and the height is 178 mm. Total weight of this printer is 4.5 KG.

It has built in roll paper feeder that saves 40% of table space. The print mechanism of this country is very straight so this very less chance to for the paper jam. It also has a stainless steel paper cutter in the front.
