After downloading the drivers, follow the below given how to install guide on GENX super scan scanner driver on Windows OS. Follow the following steps.
Step 1: Unzip the driver file by right-clicking on the driver file and clicking on driver’s zip file.
Step 2: Go to device manager and click on the plus icon of “other devices”.
Step 3: Right-click on the unrecognized device and click on install now.
Step 4: Follow the process of manual installation and when it is asking for drivers, choose the location where you have extracted the drivers file and choose the present INF file and click on next.
