  3. If there is no dialogue box, then look for the Run menu which should be just above the Start button and click on it.
  4. Considering there is a box where you can type in, then you should type Run in it and hit Enter.
  5. After clicking/launching the Run menu, make sure to type “winver” and then hit Enter.

    • Even Office Brother’s website is not providing Windows Server 2012 drivers for this printer. So we recommend you to please update your windows to get the driver. Please make sure while updating your printer should be connected to your computer and it is turned on.
