1) Make sure the printer settings are not set to grayscale.
2) Make sure that the color ink tank is not getting empty.
3) Make sure there is no obstruction in the ink carrying pipe that goes to printhead. Clean the print head by following the steps in this article: https://www.freeprintersupport.com/how-to-clean-print-head/. You can clean the print head from the software itself. Try this first.
