I recently upgraded my desktop to Win10.
My Canon Pixma MX300 doesn’t work.
I downloaded the driver for Win 8.1 and installed it according to “Method 2” as mentioned above.
When trying to print a test page, i get:

Turn Enable bi-directional support on in the printer’s Properties dialog box.”

But i don’t find this “bi-directional support” in the properties.

Option 1 to resolve this case is: do uninstall all the old printer drivers from your computer and then do windows update while connecting this printer. Windows update will automatically get the drivers.
Option 2: Do uninstall all current printer driver and then download windows 8.1 drivers and then install them manually using method 3 installation method.

Pixma MX300 windows 10 drivers are not available even on canon official website, they stated that windows 7 or 8 printer driver should work with windows 10 OS as well. So please try to uninstall the current drivers and use windows 8.1 drivers on your windows 10 machine to install again because windows 10 OS is based on windows 8.1 platform.
Can I download this to print for a Macbook Pro?
