Q: I've downloaded the driver for the v715w from the Dell website as I do not have the original CD. I have Windows 10. I'm having multiple issues: I have connected the printer to my computer by USB. I would prefer wireless but I am not able to find answers on how to connect wirelessly without a CD. Is there something I can download to allow setup for wireless printing without a CD? I have tried to scan a document (via USB) to my computer but each time I try to scan to PC, it says it cannot find any scan application lists. Document printing is grayed out and states: Install OCR to enable. How to I install OCR without the original CD? Thanks.

A: First is your wireless installation problem and second is your scanning problem. We are giving some tips to fix it.

1) The very first thing is that Dell is not providing the v715w driver for Windows 10 but you can still install its Windows 8 driver pack on your Windows 10 using windows compatibility mode.
