Lost my install disc. I downloaded the drivers currently available for this unit from the Canon website. when I scan a document, I get a message the “Canon MP Navigator EX is not installed properly”. The printer drivers seem to work just fine. What should I do without the install disc? How can I find the drivers that originally came with the printer rather than the updated ones that work for Windows 8, but don’t work with Vista? Damn you Microsoft.
We are sure that this problem is not occurred due to updated drivers. Actually this is the problem seems like there must be the driver conflicting, you must have to uninstall printer driver from control panel and also have to uninstall it manually from local files and folder and from registry as well. Then re-install the drivers it should be work. Thanks
