My Dell B1265 dfw can now make partial 8.5X11″ copy only. How could reset it to make full 8.5X11″ copy again.. You assistance will be much appreciated. Thank you.
Answer: There are two reasons behind partial copy problem. First cause is the printer’s card having malfunction problem, so the reset printer and power drain printer will fix the issue. The other possibility is the printer’s toner cartridge is about to empty, ensure that the toner cartridge is not empty. Please try these three methods and let us know if doesn’t fix after that.
