Question: I have a problem with the Epson L3110 scanner and copy, my printer is still showing red light. I have tried my best but still I cannot scan a single piece of paper. I am in Somalia.

  1. I have a problem with the scanner and copy, my printer is still showing red light I have tried my best but still, I cannot scan any signal paper

    • 1. Could you please provide the red light blinking sequence? so that we can diagnose the issue for you.
      2. Did you get any error messages while giving the scan command? If so, then please share the whole error message.

      • Even me i have the same problem, my printer can not print, scan, & copy because of this red right alarm i have tried my level best to overcome but i field. When i commanding in computer it shows that “service required” A printer’s ink pad is at the end of its service life. Please contact Epson support.

  2. I have same problem my printer print the document, but can’t perform copy and scan function. Power on/off, ink and paper lights blink continuously. Please Solve it.

    • 1) Try to power drain your printer.
      2) If you cannot copy from the printer itself, then it will be a hardware issue with your scanner.
      3) Did you get any error messages while blinking the red light?
      4) If you are still not getting it fixed, then you should try its reset utility?

  3. I have the EPSOM L3110. I am having trouble scanning documents to my laptop.
    I am unable to print and copy a document but not scan. Please advise.

    • If it cannot copy itself, it seems like there is a hardware issue with your Epson L3110 scanner. Talk to Epson L3110 support about it.

  4. Hi I have a problem with my scanner, I am using an Epson L3110. I successfully installed the printer in my MacBook Air but to my surprise it’s scanner isn’t working, do I need to installer different driver for the scanner for my MacBook Air 2020. Help please thank you so much in advance!

  5. Can you please help in problem for scanning . Printer model EPSON L3110, while scanning one error showing
    “Scanner in use or unavailable. Please wait (E1460-B305)

    • It seems like there is a problem with the connection with the USB port. Try the following steps:
      1) Simply connect your printer to another USB port.
      2) Uninstall all the “USBs” from the “Device Manager”
      3) Go to the “Imaging” section in the “device manager” and you’ll see your scanner name there. Do right-click on it and re-install it drivers.
      4) Lastly, reboot your computer.
      5) After restarting, if it doesn’t work then try reinstalling the printer driver from scratch. Don’t forget to uninstall printer and scanner entries from the “device manager” before re-installing.
