  • i had windows 8 or 8.5 cant remember and we moved and somehow i lost the disk and i used cable that came with it and it down loaded but will not go wireless i always have to have it plugged in with cable to work. I was wondering how i can get it to go wireless. Thank you Brenda Wagner

    • To go wireless, you need to uninstall the drivers ones and then re-install them again through USB cable method. Then there is an utility; USB-to-wireless which is in-built in the software (Full featured software), just use it for wireless connection.
