You’ll have to install it using its basic driver. But you’ll have to install it manually.

Yes, try to change the USB port where you are connecting this printer to – unplug your printer’s USB cable from the computer and plug it into another USB port of your computer. If that doesn’t work then you’ll have to install it manually using its basic INF drivers. Let me know if you’ll need its basic driver.

cant recognize usb
Plug your USB cable directly into back of the computer tower USB port. If this doesn’t work then uninstall all the USB drivers and then reinstall them again. Please let us know if doesn’t work both of the tricks.
