A: Mac 10.14 driver is not available for download even on Ricoh website. But Ricoh have made a Ricoh driver update utility version 3.0 that may update your Afixio FX 16 driver. You should try it once.
I have a question about Ricoh Aficio FX16 the printer works fine but the scanner won’t for some reason. I Have WIN 10 64bit, when i try to scan via Windows Fax and Scan program on the PC when i click new Scan it says that No Scanners were detected… IDK why is this happening it’s strange. I installed both of the drivers for Printer and Scanner separately and nothing. I tried reinstalling them same thing again, printer works scanner won’t. Please Help. (And yeah the Scanner isn’t faulty when i turn it on it lights up as it should).
The very first thing is the driver should be installed properly. Please check if the scanner driver is installed properly. To double-check this, go to your “Device Manager” and check the “Imaging Device”, if your printer is under “Imaging Device”, it means your printer driver is installed properly. However, if you didn’t locate your scanner name under “Imaging Device” and found it in the “Other Devices”, it means your scanner driver is not installed yet. Please check this situation and let me know. You may share a screenshot of your “device manager”.
